At Arrow Counseling and Wellness, we believe true healing begins when mind, body, and spirit are cared for together. Founded in April 2025 by Jamie Waugaman, LCSW, LCAS and Macie Thomas, LCSW, our practice was created to provide compassionate, whole-person care in a safe and welcoming environment.
